Orella pipeline: flat lead list vs. a configurable, multi-stage pipeline
Orella's Retailer plans and Orella License track leads differently, and it's worth knowing which one you're on before you start organizing your pipeline around stages that may not apply to you.

Retailer Base and Retailer Plus track every lead on one flat list, in the order they came in — the shape most single- and multi-location shops actually need, with nothing to configure.

Orella License adds a fully configurable, multi-stage pipeline: you define your own stages (for example, New → Contacted → Quoted → Won) and move leads through them yourself.
