Orella billing: your free trial, and how to subscribe, pause, or cancel
Knowing exactly what happens at the end of your free trial, and how to change or stop your plan yourself without waiting on anyone, matters as much as knowing what Orella does day to day.

Open Billing from Settings in your console at any time to see your current plan and trial status.

If you haven't chosen a plan yet, select "Subscribe" under the plan that fits — you can add a payment method right after.

Need a break rather than a full cancellation? Use the pause option to pause your subscription for a set number of days — you won't be charged again until it ends, and you can select "Reactivate now" whenever you're ready to come back.

Want to cancel outright? The same Billing page walks you through it, and shows exactly what stops (automated follow-ups, running sequences, and your unified inbox split back into separate channels) before you confirm.
